Well here they are!
After three weeks of hard work almost every day the first run of 6 pairs of the Renegades are complete.
The majority of the trip to the 4FRNT HQ was spent setting up all the fixtures required to produce skis in house for the future. We only went to Home Depot a dozen times, Isle 17 fixtures, Ha, Ha....
We renovated the press from alignment pins, form blocks and bolster tube assembly all the way to the pneumatic rams and regulators that control the airbag inflation pressure.
We also had to set up, extend and dial in the die cut press machine and had dies built to cut out the P-tex bass material. This was a substantial project in it self.
I built a steel work bench/bandsaw table/ Mcgivered drum sander finishing side grinder assembly out of old steel shelving units stacked behind the office, reused materials and 50 trips to the Bolt center shop down the road.

I feel that I really have learned a lot about ski building and what is involved to produce high quality hand built skis. This experience will definitely be applied to future productions of the renegade and prototyping beyond that....

Halfway through the year SPIN tipped their hand by offering the 20 Greatest Albums Of 2009 ... So Far. If you remember, the list wasn't in any specific order. Their 40 Best
uggs sale Albums Of 2009 are, and it's interesting to see all the titles that popped up after the last one was published. As well as the
albums that missed the cut after nike outlet
they were spun a bit more: Peter Bjorn And John, Blk Jks, Regina Spektor, Glasvegas, Mavado, and Sa-Ra Creative Partners are nowhere to be found. The list -- one of oh so many
lists -- is also refreshingly interesting in and of itself, a fine example of a publication nike outlet stepping outside of the hive mentality
and coming up with something that feels personal. Even if I don't personally agree with a lot of it.
