CRJ
First let me start by saying that my warmest feelings go to CRJ family and friends.
I personally did not get the pleasure of knowing CRJ personally, or to run on skis along with him.
But as a skier, it is impossible not to know who was Cr, and to be influenced by what he did on skis. Remember the first time I saw CRJ in an MSP movie. The first time I had seen someone do a 1260 I remember sitting there completely paralyzed and just thought, wow. Is it possible! That was seen in "slow motion" sometimes to say that. After that it was just as exciting every time a movie came out to see what he was up to. I will say that he was one of the rider who has helped shape the sport we are doing. Both as a jibber and a Freeskier. For he could do it all. From hitting 4m high airs in the pipe, to shred the major lines on the mountain!
An example is the big fighten he had to come back after the head injury he incurred. From being kept in a coma, waking up and barely able to communicate. To going back up on the mountain, dropping 15m cliffs with 360 It shows a love for the sport that is unique.
I Believe that u can ask anyone who is above average interested in skiing if they know who CRJ is, and they will will answer yes.
RIP CRJ
